A huge shout out to the team and especially brother-in-law Tim!

In December "The Salty Sappers" take on the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, an ocean rowing race of more than 3000 miles west from San Sebastian in La Gomera, Canary Islands, to Nelson’s Dockyard, English Harbour, Antigua & Barbuda.  The challenge will see the Sappers rowing 2hrs on 2hrs off for around 30-40 days, enduring all that the Atlantic can throw at them; huge seas, seasickness, blisters, and fatigue.

As an added element of the event these awesome chaps are raising money for two incredible charities. The Royal Engineers Association (REA) and the Royal British Legion Industries.
